8040 RO Membrane Manufacturer

8040 RO membrane elements for industrial water treatment.

OVAY 8040 elements serve large-scale brackish-water treatment, industrial reuse, seawater desalination and ultrapure-water preparation. The right configuration depends on salinity, fouling tendency, energy target and required product-water quality.

8040 · 400 / 440 ft2 8040 RO membrane elements for industrial water treatment.

Available Configurations

Choose the series before confirming the model.

Published flow and rejection data must always be read with the stated test conditions. The selected series page and datasheet provide the technical reference for project evaluation.

OV-L-8040

Low-pressure brackish water RO

400 and 440 ft2 options for municipal, process-water and boiler make-up systems.

OV-FR-8040

Fouling-resistant industrial RO

400 ft2 options with a hydrophilic surface and wide feed spacer.

OV-SW-8040

Seawater desalination RO

Low-energy and high-rejection options for seawater and high-salinity brackish water.

OV-SG 400 / 440

Semiconductor ultrapure-water RO

Low TOC-release and silica-removal options for ultrapure-water preparation.

Technical Documents

Download the supporting series data.

Datasheets state the selected model's test conditions and operating limits. Final product selection should be confirmed against the real feed-water analysis and system design.

Industrial Buyer Brief

Match the membrane to the duty, not only the dimensions.

An 8040 inquiry normally affects a complete pressure-vessel train and its operating cost. The information below lets engineering and purchasing teams evaluate the same requirement.

01

Identify the feed

Municipal water, well water, process water, reuse water or seawater; include TDS, temperature and available analysis.

02

Define the target

Required permeate flow and quality, system recovery, operating pressure and daily operating profile.

03

State the configuration

Element size, current model, vessel arrangement, quantity and whether this is a new design or replacement.

04

Confirm deliverables

Datasheet, sample evaluation, labeling, packaging, batch records and other project documentation as required.

Selection Questions

What should be confirmed before quotation?

The same element format can contain membranes intended for very different salinity, fouling and pressure conditions. The final model should be confirmed from project data and its series datasheet.

Can an OV-L, OV-FR or OV-SW element be substituted only by size?

No. They serve different feed-water duties and operate under different test conditions and pressure windows.

Can OVAY review a current competitor or installed model?

Yes. Send the full model name, system duty and feed-water data so the proposed alternative can be evaluated on a specification basis.

Are OEM labels and technical documents available?

Private-label scope and project documents can be discussed after the technical model and destination market are confirmed.
